Pattard Restaurant is excited to announce that they have a few new dishes coming on the menu and will be available throughout July:
Roasted Guinea Fowl Supreme
vanilla confit leg, malted Branoc ale glaze, baby fondant, broad beans, parsley emulsion
guinea fowl sauce
Roasted Skate
prawn mousseline, pink peppercorn salami, parmentier potatoes, Parisienne vegetables
dill pollen, harissa
Spiced Squash
caramelised onion & almond tart, black garlic polenta, almond feta, apricot, verjus cabbage, salsa verde
The team at Pattard advise potential guests to book ahead due to the busy summer season. As a small restaurant with 24 seats, Pattard does get full quickly and rarely has space for last-minute bookings or walk-ins during the summer.
