Devon based, Langage Farm are celebrating alongside supermarket partner Marks & Spencer this month after winning three accolades at the prestigious International Cheese & Dairy Awards 2021, proving they are capable of manufacturing products which are among the best in the world!

The International Cheese & Dairy Awards is the world’s biggest platform to champion world class producers of cheese & dairy products attracting over 5,500 entries every year.

Marks & Spencer were highly successful in winning Gold for the Best Fruit Flavoured Yogurt and Gold for the Best Indulgence Yogurt both of which are produced for M&S by Langage Farm. Plus, M&S also scooped Silver for the Best Flavoured Cream award for their strawberry clotted cream, a product which is first of its kind, made exclusively for Marks & Spencer.

“’We’ve been making artisan products for over 40 years here in Devon.  Producing high quality, award winning products for M&S means being part of an elite group and 100-year-old tradition of the very best in class,” says Head of Sales & Marketing Steve Davies.  “Success here brings high profile recognition on the international stage and we could not be prouder.

The Langage Farm team work hard to produce high quality products and are always innovating new ideas and flavours.  The award-winning M&S strawberry clotted cream made by Langage Farm is one of their ground-breaking products and caused quite a stir when it was first launched in 2020.  Combining milk from their Jersey and Guernsey cows with a strawberry compote and mini fruit pieces, the finished product added a twist to the traditional afternoon tea.

“All classes are highly competitive and winning entries must be outstanding in flavour, texture and taste,” explained Steve. “With cheese and dairy products from around the world the ICD Awards is truly global with experts from around the globe bringing together like-minded people who are entirely focused on finding the world’s finest cheese and dairy products.”

“To win two Golds and a Silver award really does reflect the quality of M&S products in turn reflecting well on Langage Farm. It is a real credit to everyone at Langage Farm and Marks & Spencer to produce such high-quality products of a world class standard.

Huge congratulations to everyone who won or entered. “
