Hosted by Stanlake Park | Saturday 28 May 2022
Broomhill Estate is committed to serving local, seasonal produce, that is responsibly sourced and of the highest quality. The best way to guarantee this standard is to grow it ourselves. Broomhill Estate has created a 2 acre farm growing seasonal produce which is being served in the restaurant and will be available to buy at Broomhill Artisan Market.
This tasting menu will showcase ingredients grown in the farm paired alongside English wine from Stanlake Park including: The Reserve, Cricket Grove, Kings Fumè and Regatta. Based in Berkshire, Stanlake Park is one of the oldest wine producers in England. Every year their 40-year-old vines give quality, well-ripened grapes that Stanlake’s Italian winemaker then expertly processes to produce a wide range of wines, using a modern, international approach.
