Chef Harrison Brockington from renowned restaurant, Gather in Totnes - fresh from winning the prestigious Roux Scholarship - will demonstrate a Christmas-themed starter and main course.
Michael Barber, founder of award-winning Barbers Bean to Bar and Pastry Manager at Ashburton Cookery School, will take care of dessert, as well as showing you how to create a beautiful petit gâteau to take home.
You’ll get a little taste of each dish along the way, while the Sandridge Barton Winery team guides you through specially selected wine pairings to complement the menu.
