Celebrate Devon Nouveau at Sandridge Barton Vineyard and Winery
A beloved Sandridge Barton tradition, Devon’s answer to Beaujolais Nouveau returns for another year.
Heralding the arrival of the New Release 2026 - a young wine that celebrates the harvest - Sandridge Barton has two events to mark the occasion.
In the bar
The Gallery Bar will be open from 6pm until 11pm with the team pouring new wines from the 2026 vintage all night, alongside all other wines.
ROAM will be providing French-inspired stews with fresh bread, cheese and charcuterie to pair with the wines. An entry fee of £8.00 includes a glass of wine on arrival. Tables are limited but this is a casual non-formal event where mingling is encouraged.

In the restaurant
The evening will begin with a behind the scenes tour of the winery and a breakdown on how this year’s harvest shaped up, alongside a tasting of a couple of the wines straight from the tank.
This will be followed by dinner at ROAM restaurant with a French-inspired feast made with the finest Devon produce, with dishes such as Pissaladière, Devon cassoulet and Pinot Noir poached pear with crème Anglaise. Wines will be available to order from the menu (not included in the ticket price).
