We are Amelia and Jason Greenway, a young farming couple that set about turning our dream in to a reality in 2018 . Nestled between steep Devonshire valleys we farm permanent pasture land, ancient woodland & low-lying wetlands to call home.
Our business, Springwater Farm started with 8 rented acres, 5 highlands cows & 2 mangalitza pigs and an email to the National Trust with our dreams of becoming their youngest first generation farm tenants and a big plan to farm sustainably in harmony with nature.
We can now proudly tell you that we graze over 500 acres which are all organic certified and extensively conservation grazed by our growing fold of highland cattle and mangalitza pigs.

We believe it is important for both the producer and the consumer to know exactly what it is they are buying or selling. We choose for our highland beef to be organically certified & 100% grass fed to assure you of our high farming standards. As for our pigs, we are not organic certified due to the feed price being unviable, however we can say with pride that our pedigree pigs to have 100 acres or mixed woodland & wetland to free roam as a herd while achieving some vital and eco friendly conservation grazing on the National Trust ,Killerton estate.
