Microgreens ...Growing quietly in a peaceful valley overlooking North Devon’s River Taw is an array of vibrant microgreens. These are young plant shoots grown from the best quality seeds available and carefully selected for their ability to deliver powerful nutraceuticals. In return for light and a daily splash of water these green superfoods add flavour bursts and visual appeal to every dish.

Inspired by a long held dream to produce wholesome, pesticide-free, fresh greens with the lowest possible impact on the environment, life under lockdown gifted mother and daughter team Elizabeth and Cassandra with the time to live the dream. Taw Valley Microgreens was born.

Our mission is to supply Devon with fresh microgreens, produced in an environmentally friendly and sustainable manner, while endeavouring to achieve year round availability. Supplied in recyclable containers or home-grow mini trays avoiding single use plastic that doesn't cost the earth.
