We are super passionate about what we make and create here at Boo Chi. We make a real, live, whole kombucha. Meaning our products are never pasturised (killing the good bacteria), we never sterile filtrate (remove the good bacteria) and we don't force carbonate (add CO2 to make it fizzy)!
