The Still House Bar & Casual Venue

Brixham Gin have been scribbling down ideas from day one and five years down the line some of these dreams have started to become a reality. The local community has spurred them on with encouraging spirit, making their hard work all the more gratifying. It’s with this slightly emotional introduction, Brixham Gin are excited to share something new with you.

Introducing their new venture, The Still House. A 1200sq ft casual bar and harbourside venue with waterfront outdoor seating and panoramic views of the bay. A laid back place to find your favourite bar tipple and tuck into stone baked pizzas and snacks.

The bar will be stocked with the full Brixham Gin range, plus selected local spirits and wines. A place to pop in day or night whether you need a quick sit down coffee or a place to bask in the sun with a G&T.

If you fancy a closer look at the gin making process The Still House will also feature a bespoke, 250 litre copper still. Used exclusively for premium limited edition runs of the Brixham Gin range.

Spirit School by Brixham Gin

Looking to get more hands on? The Still House will also be home to Brixham Gin School. Become a gin expert for the day and spend some time in their dedicated school learning the art of distillation. Choose from an array of traditional, local and exotic ingredients to create a blend that’s just right for you. Bottle and name your own gin for any occasion, you will be guided by the expertise of Brixham Gin.

The Gin School will be taking bookings from late summer onwards.
