Bordeaux Wine Dinner at Darts Farm | An evening with Max Sichel of the Sichel Family

Max Sichel, 7th generation of the iconic Sichel wine family from Bordeaux, joins us in The Farm Table for an evening of incredible wine, food from our farm and great company!

Throughout the evening, Max will lead us through a tasting of five of his wines, showcasing white and red Bordeaux as well as Sauternes; paired with a seasonal 5-course menu created by Tom and our team in The Farm Table.

The family owned Maison Sichel is an iconic wine producer in the Bordeaux region and since being founded in 1883, has remained a family business; from wine merchant, to wine maker with many legendary wine estates to their name, championing quality, provenance & authenticity – values we both share.
