Terms and Conditions

Membership lasts for 12 months from the date of joining and will be automatically renewed on the date of joining (“Renewal Date”) for successive 12 month periods until cancelled by either party by giving written notice to the other not less than 1 month before the Renewal Date.

By applying for membership of Food & Drink Devon you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set out by the association and that your membership is subject to such terms and conditions. You confirm and undertake that all information you give to the association in writing or otherwise will not contravene the Trade Descriptions Act and shall be to the best of my knowledge.
