- 4 Strawberries
- 60 ml Hattiers Premium Reserve Rum
- 30 ml Lime juice
- 15 ml Sugar syrup

Method
- Add all the ingredients (apart from one strawberry to garnish) in a cocktail shaker and muddle
- Shake vigorously
- Strain into a pre-chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with a strawberry
