We are excited to announce our September collaboration dinner at The Millbrook Inn on Thursday 19th September hosting seafood experts Mitch and Ben Tonks of The Seahorse Restaurant in Dartmouth.
Mitch and Ben will join our own Chef Westy to cook and serve a 5 course set menu using the best produce from surf and turf. Westy will be responsible for the meat courses – including the first ever Angus beef from our farm, just in – and Mitch and Ben the seafood. The full menu will be shared soon and we can’t wait to share more.
