Organic September is the UK’s largest campaign dedicated to growing the organic market, headed up by the Soil Association and the Organic Trade Board. The aim of the campaign is to highlight how certified organic farms, producers and brands help to protect nature, wildlife and the planet. Alongside the Soil Association, Eversfield is using Organic September to educate and expand on just how organic works with nature, not against it. They love the sentiment that if the planet had a choice, it would choose organic.
During this month-long campaign to raise awareness of the benefits of organic food and farming, Everfield will be be breaking down the 6 main advantages of organic. Using the Soil Association’s five talking points of supporting biodiversity and wildlife, helping to combat climate change, the highest standards of animal welfare, reduced exposure to pesticides, food as it should be and food you can trust, plus their own addition of better for you and your family. They are drumming up support for the campaign by writing a mini Newsbeat Article series covering each of these points, plus social media posts and emails to get the conversation started.
