New Game Tasting Menu launched at The Arundell and available until the end of February.
As a sporting hotel, the beauty and the survival of our rivers and the countryside is very important to us at The Arundell and sourcing locally, sustainably, and seasonally is at the heart of everything we do.
In this mid-winter season, there is a wonderful abundance of game, which our Chef, Ashley Wright loves incorporating into the menu.
Our Game Tasting Menu, which is available until the end of February, features pheasant and partridge from local estates and venison from Jeff Reynolds, just a few miles away.
Texture and balance of flavour are at the heart of the menu and the richness of the game has been considered in each course to ensure the accompaniments not only bring out the best but also enhance the flavours.
The dessert is a play on a classic and is a sharp palette cleanser before enjoying one of Cornwall’s finest cheeses together with apples from our garden.
