Eversfield Organic are excited to announce the Dartmoor Inn at Merrivale is now taking bookings ahead of opening on Monday 17th May 2021.
There is already a lot of excitement about the organic food and atmosphere the inn will offer, presenting both the opportunity to enjoy a delicious, organic meal or a relaxing retreat in our stunning rooms.
The restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner reservations, with breath-taking views across Dartmoor as the perfect backdrop. The menu is 100% organic with everything sourced from the Eversfield Organic farm and Market Garden, or from a wonderful selection of small, local producers.
The traditional Devon bar will offer a fine selection of the best local, organic ales from the barrel, alongside organic wines, cocktails, mixers and soft drinks. The Ox Grill will sear grass-fed steaks to perfection, with fish, vegetarian and vegan dining options also available.
Our charming rooms provide a truly peaceful getaway, with the inn the perfect base to set-forth on your next Dartmoor adventure. Both the comfortable Double Rooms or luxury Moorland Double Rooms have ensuite bathrooms and breakfast included.
The Little Farm Shed
Open from Monday 12th April, 10:00am-7:00pm every day.
Eversfield Organic’s incredibly popular Little Farm Shed has now re-opened, welcoming everyone from walkers and cyclists to families and furry friends. The shed serves a selection of organic snacks, such as Devon pasties and sweet treats, alongside soft drinks, hot drinks, beers, ciders and something a little stronger if needed!
The outdoor seating area, nestled in the foothills of Great Staple Tor, is ideal for recovering from exploring the surroundings. There are also sheltered tables if the weather takes a turn, still allowing for a beautiful view of Dartmoor. There’s no need to book a table for The Little Farm Shed, just come-and-go as you please.
The shed’s organic refreshments are also available to take away.
