A comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, eclectic mix of old and new features in respect of the decor and a wide offering of food options and drinks await at this recently refurbished village pub.
Our Head Chef, Richard Devine has designed different styles of menu to offer a little something for everyone.
Our main evening menu includes a very clever use of seasonal ingredients to create beautifully presented dishes that offer huge flavour. It also has an offering of more widely recognised pub classics for those seeking something a little more hearty.
The lunch menu has larger more familiar pub plates as well as freshly made sandwiches. Or why not have 3 or 4 of our popular small plates off our small plates menu; perfect for sharing or as a main meal.
Sunday lunch as with all our meals are freshly prepared in house. One, two or three courses available, with discounted rates for multiple courses. Sharing boards for 2 serving three different meats, individual plated roasts, a fish dish and a vegetarian option are all on offer.
A large beer garden out the back offers a lovely suntrap drinking area or somewhere to soak up rays while enjoying a pot of freshly prepared food.
This pub does have a welcome to all policy; with no dress code, wellis, furry friends and families are all received warmly.
The menus change constantly with the seasons, offering regular diners wider variety on each occasion, and watch out for evening specials; available to diners when the kitchen can get their hands on particularly good food items, and create new and exciting dishes as well as their a la carte offerings.
