Ingredients
- 600 g Fresh cranberries
- 100 g Sugar
- 50 ml White wine vinegar
- 1 Large shallot
- 100 ml Port
- 1 tsp Ground black pepper
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1 Orange
Instructions
- Sweat your shallot with a splash of oil. Before it colours, add the spices followed by the cranberries, sugar, vinegar and orange.
- Simmer slower for 20 minutes and then add the port.
- Leave to cool.
